David Huff is a singer, songwriter, musician, and minister whose journey in music began more than five decades ago. A Mississippi native, David started playing guitar and singing at just 11 years old, eventually forming David and the Giants with his brothers. The band found its early success recording in Muscle Shoals with legendary producer Rick Hall and signing with Capitol Records, releasing songs including Ten Miles High and Super Love.

In the 1970s, David’s life and music began to take a new direction. Through the influence of drummer Keith Thibodeaux, David began a personal journey of faith that ultimately led to him being filled with the Holy Spirit in 1977. That encounter changed everything. David and the Giants transitioned from their secular rock-and-roll roots into Christian music, using the sound they had developed over the years to share the Gospel.

David and the Giants went on to become pioneers in contemporary Christian music, recording and touring extensively while sharing a message of faith, hope, and salvation. Through the years, David has continued writing, recording, and ministering both with the band and as a solo artist, remaining committed to the calling God placed on his life.

Today, David continues that journey with his latest album, Holy Ghost Revival. Recorded in part at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London, the project brings together his gospel and rock roots with songs centered on the goodness of God, the name of Jesus, and the power of the Holy Ghost.

After decades of music and ministry, David’s purpose remains simple: to use the gifts God has given him, point people to Jesus, and give God all the glory.
