David Huff is a Mississippi-born singer/musician who started playing music at the age of 11.
He broke out into the public ear by performing “live” on radio and singing at the Louisiana Hayride.
David formed the band David and the Giants in 1962. They became part of the Muscle Shoals recording scene and signed with Capitol Records, MGM, United Artist Records, and CBS Records.
David and the Giants’ early releases in the ’60s and ’70s include “Superlove,” “Ten Miles High,” and “Don’t Say No.”
They opened for Cheech & Chong, Styx, Chuck Berry, and Black Oak Arkansas.
David was in the studio with The Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, and Stevie Wonder.
David has published 29 Christian music albums and counting (including David and the Giants and solo projects).
